• Created entirely new standard documentation for targeted expansion into highly lucrative and untapped regulated market segment expected to increase revenues to $150M+ over next 2 years

• Conception, design and working w/ IT to develop a system to semi-automate the creation, population and tracking of customer license agreements using databases to further increase efficiency, data tracking and analysis for growth of data licensing business

• In-depth experience with market data and index license agreements, software license and development, emerging technology (i.e. blockchain, social media, pixel tracking), fixed connectivity agreements, algorithmic trading agreements, electronic trading agreements, co-location and data center agreements, and general system access

Senior Counsel responsible for negotiating and closing IT outsourcing agreements [BPO, ITO, ADM and cloud] including large deals valued at $100MM+. Responsibilities also include software licensing, system integrator agreements, alliance/partner, subcontractor and reseller agreements. Responsible for ensuring that business practices, policies and dealings of the corporation meet corporate and regulatory requirements, and protect the corporation from legal action. Provide advice and counsel to internal clients concerning corporate and legal requirements and laws that impact their areas of business. Assist the business managers in facilitation and negotiation of the contracts entered into by the company.

Responsible for sourcing the IT external spend within the Corporate Investment Banking and Chase Wealth Management divisions

• Lead contract negotiations, contract review and drafting, and contract management to ensure compliance and consistency in supplier engagements

• Coordinate cross-functional team consisting of Legal, Third Party Oversight, Compliance, Finance and Technology

• Carry out supplier due diligence

• Support and communicate with LOB re sourcing projects and related matters
