Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking an energetic food regulatory and advertising attorney with experience in food labeling, dietary supplements, food safety, as well as marketing across all mediums to join its Legal Department. This role will focus primarily on supporting the product development, advertising and marketing teams for great brands such as Keurig, Dr Pepper, Canada Dry, Snapple, Core, Bai, Mott’s and so many more. The ideal candidate will reflect KDP’s values: have a team first mentality, think bold, deliver big and always be fearless and fair.
The position requires a knowledge of food laws and regulations, advertising law, as well strong drafting skills and a business mindset. An understanding of FDA, FTC, Lanham Act, and state laws, as well as prior experience negotiating with agencies, content owners and talent is preferred. A willingness to flex and develop expertise in other legal areas is a plus. This is a challenging, highly visible role that requires collaboration with various functions throughout the company.
