Job Title: Paralegal II

Job Description

This position contributes to the company's success by providing timely and effective legal support to attorneys. The role includes offering guidance and leadership to other paralegals and support staff in the Law and Corporate Affairs department. The position is hybrid, with in-person attendance required from Tuesday to Thursday in South Seattle.

Responsibilities

Review in-store signage, media posts, and other marketing materials.Conduct the first round of legal reviews for incoming marketing and advertising items.Handle approximately 10 reviews per day.Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough legal review of marketing and advertising content.

Essential Skills

Paralegal skills with at least 2 years of experience.Experience in marketing and advertising content review.Experience working with different business groups and clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Smart Sheets, and One Note.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Paralegal certification is preferred but not required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment

The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in South Seattle. Parking is not covered. The work environment is highly collaborative, and you will have the opportunity to work at the headquarters of the largest coffee company in the world.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00
