Entrusted Advisors is actively seeking experienced California barred Product Liability Defense Attorneys for a full-time, long term contract/secondment role defending Lemon Law cases in California. The attorney should have a proven expertise in product liability. The attorney will be handling all of the discovery responses and motion briefing, as well as depositions and trial work. This is a fantastic long term role with multiple ongoing needs and is a great opportunity to represent an automotive manufacturer in Lemon Law cases! We are looking for attorneys who want to protect our clients' interests and uphold legal excellence in Lemon Law defense! This is a remote role but the individual must be available to be in office, court, or depositions when needed.

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in civil litigation with heavy discovery and motions practice, as well as trial and depositions experience..
• Experience with negotiating fees with plaintiff’s counsel.
• Must have experience providing expert legal advice and representation to clients..
• Must have superior drafting, and writing skills, as well as having the interest to analyze legal issues with a solution based mindset.
• Preference for attorneys with an in-depth knowledge of California Lemon Law regulations and consumer protection laws.
• Must be admitted to CA bar.
