Role Description Our growing legal team is seeking a full-time, on-site Legal Counsel located in Houston, TX. The Counsel will be responsible for providing contracting support and general legal advice for project development and construction operations. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and generally managing legal risk.

Qualifications

Experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
EPC experience a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas
2+ years of relevant legal experience
