Responsibilities May Include
- Providing administrative support to attorneys
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Answering phones and managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Filing legal documents with the court
- Assisting with document management and organization
Requirements For The Job Include
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
