Seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with 2-4 years of experience to work for a great law firm in midtown NYC.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Providing administrative support to attorneys
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Answering phones and managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Filing legal documents with the court
  • Assisting with document management and organization

Requirements For The Job Include

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
