Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counsel to join their growing Intellectual Property Litigation practice in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent litigation, with a proven track record of success in complex cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge legal issues and contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on a wide range of patent infringement cases.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents in federal and state courts.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on intellectual property strategies and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 7+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Admission to the Texas Bar (or eligible for admission).
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
• Experience in plaintiff side patent litigation.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters independently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to client service.
