We are seeking an experienced Residential/Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. Qualified candidates will have experience representing clients in real estate purchase and sales transactions, financing commercial and residential real estate, title matters and leasing. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal matters related to commercial real estate transactions as well as some transactional related matters/corporate work.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Mass bar association and in good standing
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience practicing residential/commercial real estate law
Transactional law experience a plus
Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation
Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong negotiation and communication skills

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
