You will be responsible for completing on the project, closing contract negotiations, legal claims and litigation. After the 6-9 month close out, you will have the opportunity to move to their next groundbreaking infrastructure project.

The Role:

• Managing final contract negotiations and legal closeout processes
• Overseeing disputes, claims, and litigation to mitigate risk
• Working with project managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations

The Person:

• Strong background in contract management within construction, infrastructure, or engineering
• Experience handling legal disputes, claims, and litigation
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Available to work on-site in Miami
