Legal.io is working with a leading tech company to bring on a Legal Ops Analyst for a 2 month contract who has a strong background with Ironclad.

Scope of Work Title : Legal Operations Analyst Years of Experience : 3+ Location : Remote Hourly Pay Rate: $ 50 - $60 / hour Type of Arrangement : Secondment

Specific work to be done / specific experience required :

Contracting - working with commercial counsel and sales staff to support deal flow and execution
Program management experience - e.g. this person is comfortable making recommendations and executing process changes
Ironclad experience - hands on experience building workflows, troubleshooting, debugging, etc.
Light review of docs - NDAs, light commercial agreements
General support for other legal functions
