Job description:

Seeking a U.S.-qualified Employment Law Attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience to provide legal support on employment matters.
This role requires expertise in multi-state wage and hour laws, leaves and accommodations, and workplace investigations.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of employment law experience (or 8+ years for highly qualified candidates).
Extensive experience counseling on multi-state wage and hour compliance, leaves and accommodations, and workplace investigations.
Experience with European employment law is not required but would be a strong plus.
Availability: Coverage is particularly needed in July. The contractor should not take time off during July except for July 4 (company holiday) and optionally July 3 or July 7.
