Position Overview
Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI), the owner of the BURGER KING®, TIM HORTONS®, FIREHOUSE SUBS® and POPEYES® brands and one of the largest quick service restaurant companies in the world, is seeking a Marketing & Intellectual Property (IP) lawyer to work at its Restaurant Support Center in Miami, Florida. The attorney will play a key role in the RBI Legal Department’s Marketing team and serve as a critical partner to the Marketing Departments for the BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, FIREHOUSE SUBS® and TIM HORTONS® brands in the U.S., including Digital Marketing, and Product Innovation. The attorney reports to the Sr. Counsel, Marketing & IP, U.S. and International, and interacts frequently with the brand marketing departments, communications department, and other attorneys within the Legal Department. The attorney will also work closely with outside counsel and counsel for agencies providing services to the RBI brands.
