A leading boutique real estate law firm in New York is seeking Litigation Attorneys at multiple experience levels (3+, 5+, 10+, and 20+ years) to join its Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidates will have hands-on litigation experience from pleadings to trial in state Supreme Court or federal courts. Appellate experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion drafting, and depositions.
• Argue motions and appear in court with confidence.
• Work closely with clients to develop case strategies.
• For junior attorneys, take on significant responsibilities from day one, gaining court experience and making strategic litigation decisions.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Experience handling real estate litigation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
