As a FLEX attorney, you will have access to temporary in-house counsel opportunities with cutting-edge companies throughout the tech sector. Upon joining our attorney roster, we will contact you about potential engagements that fit your skill set and availability, and you let us know whether you'd like us to share your bio with the company.

We are currently seeking product counsel attorneys for long-term temporary engagements with our technology and life sciences clients. Qualifications:

• Experience working with internal engineering, product, design, security, privacy, and marketing teams throughout the product development life cycle, advising on regulatory requirements and how to mitigate risks for new technologies
• Experience counseling business partners on domestic and international laws, regulations, and best practices for implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance around consumer protection, privacy, data use, and other areas of concern
• Demonstrated ability to advance large, complex projects
