Commercial Real Estate Attorney Established Manhattan law firm of about 40-attorneys with commercial real estate-oriented practice is seeking to add a senior commercial real estate Associate or Counsel to its Real Estate Practice group. The right candidate has 7+ years’ experience in commercial real estate including acquisitions/dispositions, commercial leasing and borrower-side finance. Prior experience drafting commercial contracts/LLC Operating Agreements is a plus, as is coop/condo transactional work. Law firm is well known for their representation of sophisticated developers and other high-level clients and has a deep pipeline of work. Billable hours in the 1900-2000 (not a requirement); Salary in the $175k-$275K range, not including bonus Hybrid work arrangement. Convenient midtown Manhattan location close to Grand Central.
