Posted Mar 31 A boutique employment law firm, with offices in the San Francisco and Los Angeles areas, is seeking a Plaintiffs’ Employment Attorney to join its team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience handling wage-and-hour matters and class/collective actions , with strong litigation skills and a commitment to securing justice for workers. This role offers the flexibility to be fully remote , but candidates who prefer an in-office or hybrid arrangement are welcome to utilize the San Francisco or Los Angeles locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate wage-and-hour class actions and collective actions from inception through resolution.
- Represent employees in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and participate in depositions and court hearings.
- Handle client interactions, case strategy development, and negotiations.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in plaintiffs’ employment litigation, with a focus on wage-and-hour cases and class/collective actions preferred.
- Licensed to practice law in ANY STATE.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000 - $250,000 , depending on experience.
