Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated junior lawyer to support our Legal & Compliance team. This position is required to be in the NY office 5 days a week and reports to our General Counsel.

Responsibilities: Provide general legal and compliance support for daily transactions, including NDAs, regulatory filings, LLC agreements and other ad hoc tasks.

This individual will also be responsible for reviewing and negotiating of a wide variety of contracts with suppliers, vendors and clients. 

Required Skills & Background: ·      JD from an accredited law school and member of a state bar ·      1 - 3 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department environment ·      Regulatory and compliance experience with registered investment advisors, as well as public companies experience is preferred ·      Familiarity with credit agreement and indenture review and drafting is a plus ·      Excellent attention to detail ·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·      Proactive and solution-oriented ·      Reliable and collaborative team player ·      Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
