The Role
As a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end eDiscovery projects for high-profile clients. Leveraging your expertise and leadership skills, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage multiple eDiscovery projects, from data collection and processing to review and production.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring expectations are met.
- Utilize Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms to manage workflows, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, IT, and technical specialists, to deliver seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
- Relativity Certification (e.g., RCA) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery project management, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) and eDiscovery processes.
- Strong technical proficiency in Relativity and other eDiscovery tools.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience managing large datasets and complex litigation cases is highly desirable.
