Position Description
PAR Technology Corporation is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Securities & Corporate Governance to join its growing Legal Team. In this role, you will provide legal support on various corporate legal matters, with a focus on securities law and corporate governance matters.

Remote USA (EST & CST time-zone based candidates)

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Education : Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; admission to practice law in New York State or another relevant jurisdiction.
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of legal experience.

Compensation Range: $220K - $280K
