What you'll get to do... Promote a culture of compliance and ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices are adhered toManage or support global Compliance matters worldwide, including, e.g. OFAC/Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Anti-Money Laundering, Conflicts of Interest, and Anti-Modern Slavery matters.Create, implement and regularly review and update policies, procedures, and guidelines designed to meet the compliance requirements of the CompanyOversee management of Sanctions Program, including OFAC/Sanctions screening, remediating alerts, and requests for informationMonitor and advise on evolving global regulations such as AML, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions compliance, data privacy, ESG, AI, and other compliance lawsSupport the investigation of reports sent to GoDaddy’s ethics helpline and manage responses in the Company’s Compliance software platformManage regulatory compliance training, including Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud Spotting and Reporting, Code of Conduct, Conflicts of Interest, and Prevention of Facilitation of Tax EvasionIn collaboration with business leaders, develop and implement written policies, procedures, and guidelinesDevelop and implement effective monitoring of compliance, in partnership with Internal Audit and Business LeadersAssist in the development of innovative ways to measure ethics and compliance program activity, including relevant metrics to measure compliance program effectiveness and report out on progress Your experience should include... Juris Doctor DegreeCurrently a licensed attorney, in good standing, with at least one state barMinimum 7 years of experience focused on regulatory complianceExperience with a programmatic approach to regulatory compliance, including the creation and implementation of policies, procedures, and training to prevent, detect and remediate violations of lawExperience with compliance related to Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, Anti-Money Laundering, and Conflicts of InterestExperience in OFAC/Sanctions screening, and remediating alerts We've got your back...
