Atlas Molded Products is seeking a Sustainability & Compliance Manager for their corporate office located in Atlanta, GA. In the Sustainability & Compliance Manager role, the selected candidate will develop, manage, and promote Atlas Molded Products’ sustainability efforts and additionally respond to customer Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and related compliance requests. Sustainability & Compliance Manager Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement Sustainability programs and goalsChampion within Division for Sustainability initiativesManage Sustainability programs in accordance with recognized Sustainability standards.Monitor, establish, and review Division performance with respect to Sustainability goals.Develop and manage effective communication strategies, disclosures, and presentations for senior leadership and board committees on sustainability and ESG performance. Track and monitor marketplace, industry, and sector-specific trends related to ESG issues.Support and assist with Atlas Corporate level sustainability programs and goals and ensure Divisional alignment with corporate programs.Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Atlas staff concerning Sustainability.Design and deliver training programs, workshops and events that raise awareness, build knowledge, and develop skills on sustainability topics.Create and distribute internal communication regarding the Atlas’ sustainability initiatives.Collaborate with leaders and employees on sustainability needs and solicit feedback and input for continuous improvement.Collect, analyze, and verify data and information from various sources and present them in a clear, concise, and consistent manner.Promote Sustainability progress to external audiences and represent Altas at events related to sustainability.Respond to external customer ESG and related compliance requests. Sustainability & Compliance Manager Education & Experience B.S. Degree in related field5-years’ experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment3-years’ experience within a sustainability role with increasing responsibilities Sustainability & Compliance Manager Skills & AbilitiesMust be fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.High attention to detail with exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Proven project management and time management skills, with the ability to drive ambitious plans into actionable business outcomes.Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic decisions.Proficient in written and verbal communication, including the ability to craft PowerPoint presentations and reports, and communicate effectively with senior leadership, operating partners, vendors, and other internal teams.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
