General Purpose
Provide legal advice on a variety of complex energy and transactional issues, with a primary emphasis on energy generation and dispatch, state and federal environmental regulations and energy markets. Experience with generation, energy supply and co-ownership and commercial contracts preferred. Experience with federal energy policy, securities, litigation, FERC, state regulatory commissions, corporate law and governance or other specialized areas across the company a plus. May consult with outside legal counsel and provide guidance and training to less experienced attorneys.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 25.00% of salary.
