Job Title: Litigation Support Specialist

Job Description

The Litigation Support Specialist ensures that the client’s needs and expectations are satisfied in an accurate and timely manner. This position handles various tasks within a Matter Management & Document Collection environment, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative tasks per the request of the Litigation Legal Team, such as letter creation & mailing, scanning, escorting, guest coordination processes, and SOP creation/updates.
  • Process various documents and reporting requests, perform uploads and searches per the request of the Litigation Support Team.
  • Work extensively in research of systems for electronic and hard copy documentation, including requests for research of communications, agreements, and payments. This includes data retrieval via various programs/systems.
  • Provide continuous feedback on process improvements/enhancements from an onsite support team perspective as well as from a client perspective.
  • Assist with ongoing policy, process, and procedural creation and updates to produce output in the most effective and efficient manner while meeting client expectations/guidelines.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Indianapolis, Indiana and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid: Onsite at least 1-2 days a week.
