What You Will Do:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and mediations.
• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents.
• Maintain and manage electronic and paper files.
• Handle e-filing, track discovery documents, and manage client relationships.
• Assist in trial preparation and billing processes.

Your Experience Includes:

• 1-3+ years of experience in civil defense litigation.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
