Oportun is looking to expand its world-class and highly experienced Product & Regulatory team responsible for serving as a strategic partner and providing sound legal advice to a mission-driven Company that offers affordable and credit building products. The position will provide legal advisory support for legal matters relating to origination of Oportun’s unsecured and auto secured installment products. In this role, the Product & Regulatory Lawyer will report to the Lead Product & Regulatory Lawyer, and will work closely with Oportun’s Compliance officers, executive business partners and operational teams to drive compliant loan originations, including loan documentation, omnichannel application flows, and pricing. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,400 - $240,600
The base salary offer will be determined based on individual job-related factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and work location.
