For more information, visit www.amkor.com. Position Summary: Amkor Technology, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our Legal team in Tempe, Arizona. This position supports the Vice President, Corporate Counsel and Data Protection Officer by undertaking a diverse range of responsibilities from transaction management to the initiation and management of special projects. Additionally, this role entails the development and delivery of training programs related to the legal frameworks and policies. This role represents a unique opportunity for a legal professional who not only has a background in data privacy and security law but also possesses a passion for educating others through well-crafted programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Amkor's global data privacy compliance program, ensuring alignment with international legal standards.* Provide legal advice on issues surrounding data privacy laws, security standards, and the handling and international transfer of personal data.* Engage with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and implement information security and data privacy policies, protocols, and training programs.* Create, assess, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a particular focus on data privacy and network security terms, including sales, procurement, technology licensing, cloud services (e.g., SaaS), and intercompany contracts.* Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance company-wide understanding and adherence to legal policies, practices, and procedures related to data privacy.* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including technology, procurement, real estate, IT, and HR agreements, as necessitated by organizational needs. Required Qualifications:
• Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.* A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.* Outstanding drafting, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in an accessible manner.* Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.* Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, and internet applications.* Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time. Preferred Qualifications:
• A strong preference for experience with corporate data privacy compliance programs.* Experience in corporate transactions, particularly within the technology sector, information security, or data privacy realms.
