Charles A. Brawley III's journey within Campbell Soup Company commenced in 2016, marked by his steady progression through various legal roles. His most recent position as their Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and Deputy General Counsel showcased his adeptness in handling legal facets related to corporate governance, securities law, and commercial contracts. Now, with this promotion, Brawley assumes a broader spectrum of responsibility, overseeing Campbell's Legal department inclusive of Government Affairs, Global Security, and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability.
