McAnaney's academic background is equally impressive, with a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA from Yale University.

Before joining Monogram Health, McAnaney served as the General Counsel & Secretary for Signify Health, a role he assumed after Signify Health's acquisition of Remedy Partners. His career trajectory reflects a commitment to healthcare innovation, having led multiple strategic initiatives at Aetna. There, he held the position of Vice President, Head of Corporate Legal, & Corporate Secretary, where he managed a wide range of legal responsibilities, including SEC reporting and disclosure matters, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, subsidiary management, licensing, and investments.

Prior to his time at Aetna, Adam McAnaney worked in various international offices of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, including New York, Frankfurt, and London. In this esteemed law firm, he specialized in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions, honing his skills as a legal professional.
