His extensive experience spans areas such as commercial transactions, corporate governance, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy, and intellectual property.
Waldbaum's earlier association with David5, LLC as General Counsel, Secretary, & Partner is especially noteworthy. He played a significant role in overseeing the majority equity interest in Droga5, a global advertising agency recognized as Adweek’s and Ad Age’s Agency of the Decade for the 2010s. This agency was subsequently acquired by Accenture in 2019. Waldbaum was instrumental in advising David Droga, the founder of Droga5, on a range of legal matters, including the sale of Droga5.
During his tenure at Droga5, Waldbaum showcased his legal prowess by overseeing global legal matters, providing business-oriented legal advice, and building a best-in-class legal department that supported the company's exponential growth.
