Job Title: Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
As a Paralegal II – Global Supply Chain, Innovation, Commercial, you will provide timely and effective support to paralegals, attorneys, and sourcing professionals. You will collaborate with other paralegals and members of the Law & Corporate Affairs Department to support global supply chain, innovation, research and development groups as well as other business functions as assigned. In this role, you will participate in projects with medium to high complexity and will be responsible for drafting a variety of commercial documents, including Statements of Work, Professional Services Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Proof of Concept Agreements, Transportation Services Agreements, and Master Purchasing Agreements.
Responsibilities
Provide support to paralegals, attorneys, and sourcing professionals.Collaborate with the Law & Corporate Affairs Department.Support global supply chain, innovation, research and development groups.Draft a variety of commercial documents including Statements of Work, Professional Services Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Proof of Concept Agreements, Transportation Services Agreements, and Master Purchasing Agreements.Participate in projects with medium to high complexity.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of experience in commercial contracts and legal drafting.3+ years of paralegal and/or contracts management experience.Experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or contracts management.High ethical standards and proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Meticulous attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.Poise under pressure and ability to meet strict deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Litigation experience (in-house or law firm).Understanding of discovery processes.Experience working with internal and outside counsel.
Work Environment
You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. The role involves extensive use of Microsoft Office Suite and interaction with internal and external legal teams. The position demands high ethical standards and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
