Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal guidance to the company including providing direction and guidance on project teams to execute tactical projects and/or initiatives (such guidance may include/require conducting legal research; recommending courses of action; reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements; reviewing and interpreting legislation; managing litigation; patent application drafting, prosecution, invention disclosure research, trademark clearance analysis, and executing subject matter specific projects) Provide feedback and guidance to staff on assignments and assigned areas Provide routine legal guidance to other attorneys in department Other incidental duties

Education and Experience:

Juris Doctor or equivalent in Law degree Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school, 4 years years experience Legal/business Required and

Other: Relevant industry experience (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments Required

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $201,000 (highly experienced).
