The Contracts Manager prepares, interprets, revises, and negotiates Enterprise contracts with clients and suppliers utilizing independent judgment and discretion. The Contracts Manager works with internal business teams on objectives relating to contracts assigned for their review and is a point of contact for communicating contract information to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders. Prepares, interprets, revises, and negotiates master services agreements and other complex commercial contracts in accordance with Enterprise contracting standards, utilizing independent judgment and discretion. Summarizes contractual details in particular the differences from standards and notifies the appropriate business units of contract status.Ensures contract execution is in accordance with company policy.Maintains detailed and organized files for each contract, including the original contract, relevant correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, and clarifications.Researches and prepares contract briefs summarizing contractual issues and requirements.
