The Clark Pacific Legal Department Intern is a positive and inquisitive individual that can assist in responsibilities related to that department. They will assist and provide support with basic legal administrative tasks as determined by Clark Pacific General Counsel. The Legal Department Intern will gain hands-on experience and insight on the basic functions of a corporate legal department.

Exercise a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with staff, projects and proprietary information.Preparation and filing of various legal documents.Preparation, review and assistance in administration of various contract documents.Creation of files/folders/binders for storage.Assist the Contract Administrator with administrative tasks.Review and organize legal and project files.Conduct research related to legal and project issues.Participate in file review and discovery.Other duties as assigned.
