Provides legal advice on securities, corporate governance, and corporate law matters, with a focus on securities law reporting, compliance, and stock exchange listing standards
Essential Functions
The Ideal Candidate will possess:
Minimum Education
Juris Doctorate Degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and admission to the bar.
Minimum Experience
Eight (8) years’ experience as an attorney with at least three (3) years’ experience in securities law compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Superior academic record. Excellent research and writing skills. Strong negotiation, human relations, and communications skills.
Additional Details:• This position is currently located in Memphis, Tennessee. Ability to work remotely from another approved domicile location may be available based upon business needs.
