Position Purpose Lead the administration of Compliance Program across the organization. Responsible for centralizing and standardizing key processes to support efficient execution of several of the seven elements of an effective Compliance Program.

Develop and maintain required annual compliance training courses for employees, leadership, and the Board of Directors (BOD).Develop and maintain ad hoc training, including specialized courses (e.g., 1557, MHPAEA, etc.).Develop and maintain professional development program for Compliance team.Provide regular compliance training and education reporting to leadership.Develop and implement the Compliance Communication Work Plan, including organizing Compliance Week activities, articles, newsletters, and delivering the Compliance Department Overview presentation.Collaborate with key stakeholders and the CRECO to maintain strong Compliance Governance including developing materials for Board of Directors, Enterprise Compliance Committee (ECC), and other leadership reporting.Facilitate quarterly ECC meetings, driving alignment and strategic discussions on Compliance.Maintain and regularly review all Compliance-related policies to ensure consistency with legal and regulatory changes.Oversee the policy development and approval process (Policy on Policies) and provide regular reports to leadership.Lead the creation and implementation of new policies to address emerging compliance risks.Ensure the maintenance of foundational compliance documents such as the Code of Conduct and Compliance Program Description.Oversee the development and tracking of the annual Compliance Work Plan and coordinate the compilation of the quarterly Compliance Program Effectiveness Scorecard.Ensure that annual business unit compliance goals are properly documented and tracked.Provide strategic and operational support to the CRECO, including preparing executive reports and managing internal and external communications.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments such as Legal, HR, and Internal Audit, ensuring alignment on compliance objectives.Promote a culture of compliance by fostering awareness through regular communication and education initiatives.Manage the communication calendar for the Compliance Program and CRECO, including timely execution of town halls, summits and other similar initiatives.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required; Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Law School preferred

10+ years Managed Care compliance experience required

5+ years Leadership experience required

1+ years Managed care sector, with rigorous professional training in a law firm, corporate legal or compliance department and/or relevant government agency preferred.

Pay Range $178,500.00 - $338,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
