We are looking for a Lawyer to support our Legal Operations team in reviewing Outside Counsel engagement documents. The ideal candidate will have the technical skills and expertise to simplify and improve the templates currently being used by the internal legal team. *This will be a two-week contract position Responsibilities:• Apply expertise and research to define the best practices in the market for documenting engagement with law firms• Propose improvements to Outside Counsel Guidelines, Engagement Letters, and other template documents used to engage outside counsel. Requirements:• Relevant technical expertise and experience• Computer skills• Current license to practice law
