About the Role: As the Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the dealmaking and legal landscape of our organization, working closely with the CEO, President, GM and VP of Finance. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of business and legal affairs activities, reflecting your expertise in deal negotiation, business structuring and driving resolution to key legal issues.
