Job Description:
The counsel will directly support the legal team and the needs of the company in a range of matters.
Key Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions
- Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts, including customer services agreements, business associate agreements, data protection agreements, non-disclosure agreements, host waivers and assignment & assumption agreements
- Maintain forms and negotiating playbook for customer contracts, including MSAs, BAAs, and DPAs.
- Support customer service and operations personnel to resolve legal issues and disputes arising from service delivery and data center operations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the General Counsel
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree with membership in at least 1 state bar
- 15 years prior experience with contract drafting and negotiation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Curiosity and experience with emerging technology products and services
- Flexible
- Knowledge of technology industry or a desire to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous in-house experience
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
- Limited travel may be required

Base Pay Range : Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $112,500 - $133,100 . However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate’s experience, location, and qualifications.
Variable Pay : Discretionary annual bonus, based on personal and company performance.
