Legal.io has partnered with a prominent software company to add an experienced Tech Transactions Counsel to their Legal team on a fully remote basis. This is a full-time/W2 contract role, with an initial term of 5 months and the option to extend.

Responsibilities

Assist the company's Procurement Legal Technology Transactions team, focused on structuring, drafting and negotiating procurement agreements with a focus on the company’s dynamic inbound technology practice.

Partner internally within Legal & Corporate Affairs Department to ensure that privacy, intellectual property and compliance provisions are consistent with the company’s best practices and positions.

Partner with Global Strategic Sourcing, accounting, technology infrastructure, security, and other stakeholder teams to ensure that agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes.

Qualifications

JD and Active License in any State bar

6+ years' direct experience with Technology Transactions

Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.

Package Details

Hourly Bill Rate: $100-$115/hr (annualized at $200k-$230k)

Full W2 benefits (99.9% of premiums paid by employer for medical, vision, and dental insurance)

Anticipated Start Date: September 1, 2023
