ContractWorks 2022 In-House Legal Report - Reporting on a study by Censuswide from 350 in-house legal professionals from the US and the UK, the pandemic saw the majority (35%) of those surveyed want to work from home but almost 50% are already back to office. More here.

CA Judge Rules Gender-Inclusive Board of Directors Violates State Constitution - CA Superior Court Judge Maureen Duffy-Lewis entered a verdict to enjoin the state's SB 826 after finding that the law violated Article 1, Section 7 of the state constitution. More here.

ABA Diversity Survey Shows Firm Leaders Are White and Male - The ABA collected diversity data from 287 law firms and 10k+ attorneys in the US in 2020. The results showed white attorneys made up 81-93% of equity partners across all firms, while white attorneys made up about 70-90% of non-equity partners and 70-73% of associates. More here.
