ABA Diversity Survey Shows Firm Leaders Are White and Male - The ABA collected diversity data from 287 law firms and 10k+ attorneys in the US in 2020. The results showed white attorneys made up 81-93% of equity partners across all firms, while white attorneys made up about 70-90% of non-equity partners and 70-73% of associates. More here.
